The only thing that could have topped it, would have been if he had caught it, thrown it back at Mustafa, then yelled "Don't mess with Texas!" That would have been sweet. Throwing a shoe at Bush does not count as a "Cockpunch"!
Did you see our President move out of the way of that shoe like he was training for a dodge ball competition? Kudos sir!
